I have seen dogs in outdoor cafes, but I have never seen them in restaurants like I do in Paris and Amsterdam.

Of course no, there are signs attack outside the premises. So for all shops and all public places.

I just returned from Italy. I did not see dogs in any of the restaurants, but I did see them in bars, souvenir shops, and even in clothing shops.
