Resort guests have an option of adding on a dining plan to their reservation. You may want to purchase this for them, it will cover all of their meals for their entire stay. They will be free to use this all around Disney, not just at the All-Star Movies, but it covers food/beverage only, not souvenirs.

If we concern the resorts for our health purpose then we came to know that Resorts typically hired professional massage therapists who could give you massages It also provides healthy food & you can take advantage of this to increase your well-being.
