In Bellagio, we stopped for a divine lunch at Trattoria San Giacomo. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table inside and our server was happy to speak Italian with us once we were seated. For €15 each, we got quite the meal. They served us troffie with pesto, grilled vegetables, chicken cacciatore, and a soothing soup and salad. Would happily return again--maybe for an outdoor seat along the stepped alley next time!

For a light snack or lunch the Trattoria San Giacomo offers local dishes and home made cakes. With a large wine cellar featuring over 100 labels, you can have them by the glass or the bottle.

This casual restaurant offers fresh pasta and fish and has been family owned for over 30 years.
