Recently I visited Bologna. The town is very beautiful, with its porticoes and the elegant shops. I have chosen to eat in a restaurant in the centre of Bologna, near Torre degli Asinelli, symbol of the city. The restaurant is famous for its meat dishes: bistecca and bollito are superlatives. Excellent wine list, starting from the rich Tuscan red wines. To finish cakes with pears, ricotta cheese and chocolate and a sweet wine like Moscato or Vin Santo. The price was surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommended. |
