Bologna is one of the Italian cities in which the culinary tradition is of very high levels.
In the restaurants of Bologna you can find food, wine and sympathy.
I went to eat from Il Cambio on a tip from a friend of mine that knows well Bologna.
I thank him still today for its suggestion.
The service was excellent, the food was just fantastic. I appreciated “tortellini in brodo” and Beefsteak.
The ambience was nice and quiet.
Highly recommended! |
