| We bought lovely dresses for our daughter at Assunta Anichini. It was my wife who stumbled upon this store online. And we made sure that we paid a visit when we visited Florence. The designs were elaborate and I think they've an entire collection of children's apparel. |

Anichini is located just north of the river. Founded in 1912 it is the oldest children's clothing store in Florence. Many of the most beautiful clothes are made in-house under Anichini's own label. All of the intricate embroidery and smocking is done by hand.
