A trip to Milan would not be complete if you haven't seen a play in one of its many theaters. To me, Italy breathes art that's why I made it a point to drag my friends to the famous Teatro Alla Scala. Established in the 18th century, this theater has become one of the most popular sites in Milan. We've seen Quartetto d’archi della Scala last Feb 1 and enjoyed it so much. My friends are not that thrilled with the performing arts but after seeing the play and how magnificent the teatro was, they became instant fans. Watching a play at the teatro gives you a special feeling. I had goosebumps right after we entered the massive venue. It was very nice and serene. Later this month, we'll be heading back to watch Tristan Und Isolde. |
