| Cibus is both a restaurant and a small market and wine shop. We were actually staying in a hotel in Monreale and took the bus into Palermo a couple of times. We grabbed a wonderful pizza cooked in a wood-burning oven and a couple of glasses of wine. While we were there we picked up some salami, prosciutto, cheese, bread, wine and chocolate to have on our picnic the the next day. As I said the pizza was excellent and the price was right - very inexpensive. Cibus is located near the Piazza Politeama. |
