The Relais La Fattoria would be a good hotel if only the staff were a little friendly, one smile and I would be able to give a good recommendation.  As it is I have to say our experience with the staff was that they were downright surly.  Everytime we asked anything we were greeted with a sneer. 

Don't even think of eating here unless you want to spend your entire night in the dining room - I am talking hours for dinner to arrive. 

The location is great, but the advertised view of the lake did not live up to expectations.
