We've seen New York's Guggenheim, plenty of times, in fact! We wouldn't miss Venice's version of the Guggenheim Museum and check out what makes it different from NY.

I'm a fan of museums and I enjoyed the arts on display. There was so much history about the place, the artifacts and about the donors of the artworks. The guide helped me understand  the stories behind each art.

If you love museums, don't skip this. 

It was actually the Guggenhein Musuem in New York that prompted us to visit the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Located near the Grand Canal, the Guggenhein museum features artworks in the genre of cubism, abstraction and surrealism. very interesting collection. I believe Peggy lived here during her younger years.

It was a wonderful place -- private home with garden.
