My friends and I were backpacking in Europe. Italy was our first stop. After reading a hundred hotel reviews in the internet, we decided to go for Amalfi Coast. Fontana Hotel seemed a nice, affordable hotel so we booked 5 nights here. Wonderful location indeed. It's near the beach and the piazza. Not to mention the restaurants, bus station and shops. Our room were spacious and clean. Really neat. Breakfast was superb. Service by the staff is also commendable. The Fontana is near the cathedral so everyday we were awaken by the loud bells. Fontana is right at the center of the hustle and bustle which makes the location busy and a bit noisy. |
