General Description: The Hotel Berlino is located in a residential area of Milan. Rooms at the Berlino have parquet flooring, air conditioning, hair dryers, safe deposit box, coffee/tea maker, a mini-bar, wi-fi, sky tv and large bathrooms. There is a large breakfast room and internet-point in the hall. Starting from February all rooms will be equipped with electronic key. All the rooms have air condition, mini-bar, TV and big bathrooms. The Berlino hotel is 10 kilometers from the Linate Airport and 40 kilometers from Malpensa International Airport. The hotel is close to the Milan Trade fair and is very well linked to the major attractions of the city center. The Berlino Hotel is located within easy access to all motorways. Guests at the hotel will enjoy easy access to the opera, the bus terminal, Peace Arch and Sforzesco Castle. Situated just two kilometers from the hotel is the famous Basilica of Saint Ambrogio. The hotel was fully renovated in 2007. There are a total of 48 rooms spread across five floors in addition to a lobby area with reception desk that is manned around the clock. The hotel has an elevator and a bar and restaurant. Attractions: Fairgrounds - .5 kilometre Sforzesco Castle - 1.0 kilometre Basilica of Saint Amrbogio - 2.0 kilometres Duomo - 3.0 kilometres Scala Theatre - 3.0 kilometres Milano Central Rail Station - 4.0 kilometres New Milano Fair Trade - 6.0 kilometres

The Berlino Hotel was okay.  It is about 20 minutes from the city center which would not be bad except there is not a metro nearby.  The rooms were okay, basic would be the best term to describe them.  The price was right compared with everything else in Milan so maybe our expectations were too high.  The breakfast was good.
