The one thing that can be said about this hotel is that it is huge! It has both an indoor and outdoor pool. It is out-of-the way and not near any restaurants or attractions, or at least non are within walking distance. We ate dinner at the hotel. The hotel had arranged for a traditional Sicilian dinner complete with singers and dancers. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. I am not sure what the history of the hotel is, but I am sure that there is a history given the design. My room was clean and quiet (since there was nothing near the hotel this was not surprising) and the bathroom was adequate. Customer service was just so-so.
