As a first-time traveller to Perugia, I wanted to find a place where I can enjoy my "alone" time. Fortunately, Hotel Fortuna has the kind of atmosphere that would allow me that luxury. Its location is magnificent. It's set atop of a hill; a narrow road will lead you to the hotel after passing through the main entrance. It was a charming place. Gives you the classic-medieval feel. The lounge was beautiful and so were the rooms. My room was renaissance-inspired, and based on what I saw during my stay, I guess most rooms are designed like that. The amenities and service was superb. Employees were great at accomodating me. I'm not the type to ask a lot from hotel staff but most of what I asked for were given to me. I had a really nice time with this hotel. The look and feel is really amazing! The service and ammenities and all other stuff were just icing on the cake. I had my quality "alone" time and yet met some great people during my stay. I will definitely come back. |
