| The Area Verde Attrezzata (Green Point Pic-nic Area according to the sign) is located over the little bar on the Via dell'Amore, the easy hiking path that goes between Riomaggiore and Manarolla. The path is paved so it is easy to walk. You have to go up a number of steps to get to the picnic area, and there are several different levels with picnic tables. There are also several bathrooms up there. We bought picnic food at a small grocery in Riomaggiore and purchased things to drink at the bar. The view is out of this world. |
