| The Armando al Pantheon is one of my favorite restaurants in Rome. It is located near the Pantheon which is convenient but somewhat touristy. The Armando al Pantheon is a little more upscale than what you normally think of as a trattoria. It is family owned - several brothers run the place. There is air conditioning which is a plus in Rome in the summer. Both the food menu and the wine menu are extensive. There is a little something for everyone. For some reason, the restaurant is closed on Saturday nights and Sunday. |
