I can't rememer the name, but there is a restaurant in Manarola overlooking the sea that is excellent.  You can't miss it.  You can also eat lunch in the little cafe on the path between Riomaggiore and Manarolla.  The food is not much, sandwiches and chips but the view is spectacular.
