A health oriented friend of mine introduced me to raw olive oil from Living Tree Community It isn't Italian but it is my favorite:

The oil isn't heated during the processing.
My husband who is Italian finds my favorite too mild. He loves Italian Olive Oil. Other friends prefer Spanish.
One friend prefers Costco house brand Olive Oil. Costco is pretty good but to me nothing comes close to raw olive oil. Of course, raw olive oil is a little on the pricey side.
I love to dip crusty, hot Italian bread in a mix of raw olive oil with pepper, italian herbs, salt and garlic. Yummy.

If you want to buy an excellent olive oil, maybe it's better order it to a friend, because this is produced in some regions where people doesn't use internet to commercialize it. My parents, during december, produces olive oil for the family, it's without label and really 100% natural. Try to search in Campania o in Calabria.

The advantages and benefits of olive oil are numerous. It is important for its potent and beneficial health properties. The best brand that I know of is Colavita Extra Virgin Olive oil.
