You could try asking your hotel to make a reservation for you. Just send them an email, if you have it, with some of the times you are interested in visiting the gallery. This is what I did for my visit. Otherwise, I believe the official website for the Uffizi is firenzemusei.it. I would recommend reservations because there are some many better things to do in Florence than stand in line

Reservations to the Uffizi are absolutely necessary. When I was there last fall, which was out of season, the line was very long. With our tickets which the hotel purchased for us we walked right in.
