Agrigento is a wonderful place to visit.  Wandering around the temples is an amazing experience.  The Amici Hotel in Agrigento is a good budget hotel. There is nothing fancy about the hotel.  Our room and the hotel in general were very clean.  The location was great as it was close to the train station and the city center.  The staff was very friendly and everyone we encountered spoke English very well.  The breakfast was okay, pretty basic but it suited our needs.  There are restaurants nearby if you want something more substantial.  We took the bus to the temple which worked out well.
