This popular Tuscan restaurant located near Santa Maria Novella offers outdoor dining in the summer months. Both the food and the wine are local. I have eaten at the restaurant several times, I like the food and the atmosphere.  But I have heard complaints about the service from other people.  Part of the complaints may be cultural - Americans don't like to linger over meals while Italians do. Reservations recommended.  If you are staying in the area around Santa Maria Novella it is worth eating here.
