We had a large suite in the hotel with a bedroom, sitting area and very large bathroom. Everything was clean and quiet which is remarkable since I find Palermo to be noisy and dirty, very different from the rest of Sicily. The hotel is centrally located so everything is withing walking distance. Despite all the warnings about petty crime in Palermo we did not have any problems and never felt unsafe. Our air conditioner did not work well which was a problem given the pollution one finds in Palermo. The breakfast at the hotel was terrible.
