The Locanda Ca deil Duxi Hotel is pretty simple. In fact, I have never seen what I would consider a luxurious hotel in one of the 5 villages. If you want luxury I think you have to go to Portofino. The hotel is located towards the top of the hill in Riomaggiore so it is a hike and then if you are are one of the top floors of the hotel, you have to hike up more stairs. Most of the hotels and apartments in Riomaggiore require walking up and down steps and hills.
